Sweet Workers

Sweet Workers is a candy shop–themed social + gaming club on the NA server Night Star, founded by Agata Candleheart on February 2, 2025. We’re an inclusive, drama-free community that values quality over quantity.We host regular events on SSO, and also play games like Roblox, Minecraft, Among Us, and more. As we grow, we plan to introduce optional member-led teams and expand our activities.

Requirements

  • Be on the North American server Night Star - We're based on Night Star, and all club activities happen on this server!

  • Be active in-game and on Discord - You should be able to attend at least one club event per week (four per month). Consistent ghosting without notice may result in removal.

  • Have all areas unlocked - We would like all of our members to have the full map unlocked so we aren't restricted and no one feels excluded.

  • Support a drama-free zone - We're here to have fun and build friendships. If you thrive on chaos or conflict, this won't be the right fit.

  • Keep things respectful - We allow casual profanity, but slurs, hate speech, or anything targeting others is strictly not allowed. Basically: be chill, not rude.

  • Must be Lifetime Star Rider - Since our events may involve traveling across all areas of Jorvik, being a lifetime helps ensure full access and freedom to participate.

Make sure to answer everything honestly and thoughtfully - we want to get to know you!Step 2:
Discord DM!If you seem like a good fit, one of our high ranks will DM you via discord.Step 3:
The InterviewWe'll schedule a short (5 min max) interview so we can get to know you better.
You choose if you'd like to talk with one or multiple high ranks.
We prefer voice, but if you aren't comfortable, that's okay! We'll work around it.Step 4:
Sweet Invite!If you pass the interview, we'll send you another discord DM with a link to our closed server, and announce who made it in announcements!Step 5:
Trial StageYou'll go through a 1-month trial period. During this time, we'll be looking for activity in chats and attendance at events. This is your chance to show us what you're all about.Step 6:
Welcome to the fam!If your trial goes well, congrats! You're now officially an employee! Grab your apron and get ready to serve.
